FASHION INSTITUTE OF DESIGN & MERCHANDISING

Located in numerous cities around the state of California, the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) is a private college that operates for profit. It grants degrees in a variety of fields, such as the fashion industry, the entertainment industry, the beauty industry, interior design, and graphic design. Tonian Hohberg, who is currently the president and chief executive officer of the institute, established the college in 1969.
