This Sponsored Content Policy is directed at Freelance Journalists, Social Media Managers, Companies, Independent Authors, SEO Specialists, and others interested in contributing. Our platform is geared towards offering valuable, accurate, and relevant content to students planning to study abroad in various countries.

A) General Guidelines

Submissions should be original, well-researched, and not published on other platforms.
Length: Preferred article length is between 800-1,500 words.
Tone: The tone should be informative and educational, and should align with the brand voice of Grad-Dreams.
Links: A maximum of two 'do-follow' external links are permissible per article, provided they are relevant and non-promotional.

B) Acceptable and Unacceptable Content

What We Allow

What We Do Not Allow

Duplicate Content: Must be original and exclusive to Grad-Dreams.
Promotional Content: No articles for sole promotional purposes.
Offensive Material: No hate speech, derogatory language, or divisive topics.
Misinformation: All factual claims must be supported by reliable sources.
Low-Quality Submissions: Poorly written or researched articles.
Paid or Affiliate Links: Not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon.
AI-Generated Content: We do not accept content generated by artificial intelligence. (See our AI-Generated Content Policy below for more details.)

C) How to Submit

Proposal: Send a topic proposal and brief outline to info@gdx.in.
Review: Expect a response within 7 business days.
Draft: If approved, you may proceed with writing the article.
Submission: Submit your draft in Google Doc or Word format to info@gdx.in.
Feedback: You'll receive feedback within 10 business days.
Publication: Once approved, your article will be scheduled for publication.

D) Author Credit Guidelines

Author Bio: Included at the end of the article with a brief description, one external link, and an optional photo.
Byline: Featured at the beginning of the article.
Social Media: Authors will be acknowledged when the article is promoted on Grad-Dreams' social media channels.
Ongoing Credits: Credit will be maintained even if the article is updated in the future.

F) AI-Generated Content Policy

We understand that AI and machine learning technologies offer advanced capabilities for content generation. However, Grad-Dreams places a high value on authentic, human-generated insights and experiences, especially when it comes to educational advice and information. Consequently, we do not accept articles, reports, or any other types of content that are generated by artificial intelligence.

Why We Do Not Accept AI-Generated Content:

Lack of Personal Insight: AI-generated content cannot provide the personal experiences and insights that come from human contributors.
Quality Control: While AI has made strides in generating readable text, it often lacks the nuanced understanding of specific topics, contexts, and audiences that a human writer would understand.
Ethical Concerns: The usage of AI-generated content could lead to misinformation or data inaccuracies, which could mislead our readers.
Originality: AI-generated content can sometimes produce text that closely resembles existing content on the internet, posing potential plagiarism risks.

For these reasons, we insist that all submissions must be the original work of the contributor, reflecting their expertise, experience, and personal insight. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate rejection of the submitted material and may also result in the contributor being banned from future submissions.

G) Anti-Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All content submitted must be the original work of the author and not copied from other sources. Any citations or quotations should be properly credited and cited according to academic standards. Submissions will be reviewed for plagiarism, and any content found to be plagiarized will not be published. Moreover, the contributor may be permanently banned from submitting future articles to Grad-Dreams.

Grad-Dreams reserves the right to reject any submission that does not align with our guidelines or objectives. We may also make minor editorial adjustments to fit our style guide and aims.
