From Pune Station / Pune Airport:

It should take around 30 to 40 minutes from the Pune station or the Pune Airport to reach our center. Please ask for Lulla Nagar. It is a well-known locality. You can also ask for Gera Junction, a big shopping center, diagonaly opposite to our building. Our building 'Marvel Vista' is exaclty at the 4-way junction.

If coming by Road / Eastern Express Way from Mumbai:

Take a turn to 'Hari Om Nagar' after the toll junction. It should not be more than 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can come from Thane station east side.

If coming by Train:

We are very close to Thane. Please get down at Thane Station (& NOT Mulund !) on the East side. It should not be more than 8 to 10 minutes by a rickshaw.

We strictly practise the rules & regulations enforced by the ETS ®, USA. We DO NOT allow any 'test taker' to enter our premises without the primary and secondary(if required) identification as given below in important test instructions.

IMPORTANT TEST INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow all the test day instruction given here and the ETS website especially the requirements of the Primary identification proof without which you wil not be allowed to take the test

  • ACCEPTABLE PRIMARY ID DOCUMENTS FOR TESTING IN INDIA

    As an ETS-certified test administration site, we want to ensure that your test day experience is smooth and hassle-free. It is important to have the correct identification documents with you when you arrive at the test center. Please carefully review the following information regarding acceptable primary ID documents for test takers in India:

    ORIGINAL PASSPORT WITH NAME, PHOTOGRAPH, AND SIGNATURE: A valid passport that includes your name, photograph, and signature is an acceptable primary ID document for admission to a test session.

    Aadhaar Card (until April 15, 2023): ETS was accepting the Aadhaar Card as a primary ID for test takers in India until April 15, 2023. However, please note that after this date, you must present a valid passport as your primary ID, which should include your name, photograph, and signature.

    By adhering to these guidelines and ensuring you have the proper identification documents, you will have a smooth and successful testing experience. Good luck

  • Please reach our center at least 45 minutes before the exam time.
  • You must also carry: APPOINTMENT LETTER WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER (i.e., Order Confirmation Email from ETS) – Soft copy may also be considered
  • Except for your Passport or Aadhar Card, you will not be allowed to carry anything with you inside the test lab
  • You MUST switch off your mobile phones & keep it in your bag. We provide Lockers to all test takers. You will be able to access the lockers ONLY after the exam is over.
  • Dont carry anything like Keys, coins, wallets, purses, mobile phones, tablets, electronic watches, pens, papers, notes, books, chocolates, chewing gums, water bottles, juice cans, USBs, recorders, scanners, and any personal belongings!
  • Please DO NOT communicate or discuss with any other test takers, inside or outside the test rooms, OR even during the scheduled breaks.
  • If you are planning to report your scores after the test, please memorize the name and ETS codes of the Universities to which you want to submit your scores. You will not be allowed to carry any paper with the codes or talk to anyone about the same.
  • The Test Centre will NOT be responsible for the loss of any of your belongings anytime.
  • All Test takers are requested the test center premises during test or scheduled breaks. Attempt to leave the test site while the test in progress would diqualify you immediately. Please visit www.ets.org for more information
  • If the test taker engages in any kind of misconduct or plagiarism in that case we reserve the right to dismiss the test taker immediately & report the matter to the ETS
  • In case of any misconduct with the test centre staff, we would report the matter to the Police Station immediately

In wake of the Covid pandemic, we have been administering the tests while adhering to social distancing, government and ETS instructions

Grad-Dreams Test Site Update: 1st October 2021 / COVID Guidelines

Test Sites: Mumbai - STN 14539 (A), Pune: STN 14835 (A/B/CE)

Our ETS Test Sites in Mumbai are fully operational.

Please follow all 'Physical Distancing Norms' inside / outside the test site. Do take appropriate safety precautions at all times & cooperate with our Test Center staff. Usage of Mask is compulsory at all times, even during the tests. You will be subjected to all COVID related exercises including the temperature checks

Here's something important that you must know before your test. What to carry?

  • A Valid Passport &/OR Aadhar Card (Allowed by ETS temporarily)
  • Any Secondary Identification (PAN, AADHAR, Driving License, College ID card)
  • Test Registration Confirmation. Print out is NOT necessary.
  • A Good Mask (Must be ON at all times)
  • COVID Test Report /RTPCR (Not Compulsory, but highly recommended)

You can bring snacks & water bottles, but you will not be able to take it inside the test lab.PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY PRINT OUTs. You can show all your confirmations on the Mobile Phone

You don't need to carry Pens, Pencils and rough Papers as you will be provided the same. You will get a locker to keep all of your important belongings.

Grad-Dreams Test Site Update: 10th June 2020

Hello GRE & TOEFL Test Takers ! After a 3 month complete Lock down, We have re-started our ETS Test Site in Pune from Sunday, 7th June 2020 & conducted the GRE test successfully. We will keep conducting the GRE & TOEFL tests on a regular basis, with strict social distancing norms prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra & India.

SOME IMPORTANT RULES
  • Test takers who bring masks should wear their masks during the entirety of their time at the test center.
  • The test takers should remove their masks 'briefly' for ID verification and image capture.
  • Masks should remain on during the entire test, including test sections that require speaking, such as the TOEFL iBT Speaking section
  • Temperature testing will be performed before entering the building premises as well as the Test Center.
  • We would apply a standardized temperature threshold, e.g., 99.5o F (37.5o C) as required by governmental guidance, to determine whether an individual is allowed to enter the test center or not. It would entirely our (Grad-Dreams Test Site) decision.
  • All necessary government instructions are to be followed by everyone at all times.
  • Passport is compulsory to enter the Test Center & to take the ETS test. No exceptions to this policy.

Please report to the test site at least 1 to 1.5 hour before the exam. All The Best.
