1.In Irvine, California, the Institution of California, Irvine (UCI or UC Irvine) is a public land- grant research university. UCI is one of the ten campuses of the University of California system, and it offers 87 undergraduate degrees as well as 129 graduate and professional degrees. As of Fall 2019, UCI has approximately 30,000 undergraduates and 6,000 graduate students enrolled. The university is categorised as "R1: Doctoral Universities – Very High Research Activity," with research and development expenditures of $436.6 million in 2018.
