CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY SAN MARCOS

In the city of San Marcos, California, there is a public university known as California State University San Marcos (also written as CSUSM or Cal State San Marcos). It was established in 1989 as the 21st campus in the California State University (CSU) system, which currently consists of 23 campuses. CSUSM provides students with the opportunity to earn one of 43 different bachelor's degrees, 23 different master's degrees, an Ed.D., and 13 different teaching credentials. College of Business Administration; College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; College of Humanities, Arts, Behavioral and Social Sciences; and College of Education, Health and Human Services are the four colleges that make up the university. In January of 2021, the university had a total of 979 teaching staff members. The university is designated as a Hispanic-serving educational establishment.

On-campus housing: CSUSM offers a variety of on-campus housing options, including traditional residence halls, suite-style living, and apartments. 

University Village Apartments: These apartments offer single or double occupancy bedrooms, as well as a kitchen and living area. The University Village is located on campus and is close to all of the academic building

The QUAD: These apartments offer suite-style living with two bedrooms and two bathrooms per suite. The QUAD is also located on campus and is close to the Student Union and the Recreation Center

North Commons: These apartments offer traditional residence hall style living with double occupancy bedrooms and shared bathrooms. North Commons is located on campus and is close to the library and the sports fields.
