In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, there is a public institution called Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City (OSU-OKC). It belongs to the system of Oklahoma State Universities. The Oklahoma State University Technical Institute laid its foundation in 1961 as a division of Oklahoma State University-Stillwater. OSU-OKC takes pride in helping students succeed and is an open-admission, two-year university. In 1990, the name was modified to its current form. More than 40 degrees and certifications are available from the school. Weekday and weeknight classes are offered, along with on-campus, online, hybrid, and intersession courses.
