EM The Strasbourg Business School is a French business school that was established in 1919 in the city of Strasbourg, which is located in the region of Alsace. Since the year 2000, it has been considered one of the most prestigious schools in France, earning a spot among the top 17 business schools in the country. It is unique in that it is the only business school in France that is housed within a traditional university and that university is the University of Strasbourg. This model, which was inspired by the United States as well as other international references, enables the school to benefit from the multidisciplinary academic research that is conducted at the University of Strasbourg, as well as from a strong support from the public sector and solid partnerships with the private sector. Because to the school's association with the University of Strasbourg, it holds the distinction of being the only educational institution in France to be included in the Shanghai academic ranking of world universities. Students have the opportunity to concentrate their studies in areas such as banking and finance, entrepreneurship and management, finance, accounting and auditing, supply chain management, management of information systems, marketing and sales, and management of information systems. Trinity College in Dublin and HEC Montréal are only two of the schools that participate in the school's extensive undergraduate and graduate student exchange programme.
