An institute of technology that formerly occupied a location in Carlow, Ireland, was known as the Institute of Technology, Carlow. In addition to its main locations in Carlow, Wexford, and Wicklow, the institute also offered classes on a part-time basis in other cities around Ireland. On May 1, 2022, this institute, along with the Waterford Institute of Technology, was closed down and the South East Technological University took its place as the new educational institution.
