SINTE GLESKA UNIVERSITY

On the Rosebud Indian Reservation in Mission, South Dakota, is the public tribal Sinte Gleska University (SGU). The Sicangu live in this Brulé Lakota Indian Reservation (Burnt Thigh). There are 828 full- and part-time students enrolled at SGU. The Higher Learning Commission has granted it regional accreditation.
