The University of Saskatchewan was founded as an institution for the study and research of agriculture, but it has since expanded its focus to include the study of law, engineering, religion, medicine, the arts, and other fields. There are more than 130 clubs and organisations on campus, as well as a physical activity complex, 7 museums, and galleries. It keeps the instructor to student ratio at 1:19. More than 130 programmes are available through the University of Saskatchewan, which also has 13 colleges, 6 affiliated institutions, and 3 graduate schools.
