For career-focused post-secondary and secondary students, MITT offers certificate, post-graduate, and diploma-level technical training in four clusters of specialisation: business and information technology, health care, human services, and skilled trades. Deep industry collaboration is a defining characteristic of the MITT strategy. Together, they pinpoint students' technical and soft skill gaps, develop curricula to fill them, and design work-based learning experiences that allow students to network with potential employers while they learn.
