University College Residence (UCR) is a traditional dorm-style residence with 236 single rooms and 10 double rooms. It is located on the east side of campus, close to many Arts and Science buildings and classrooms.

Pembina Hall Residence is a contemporary, high-rise building with excellent views of the campus to the north and the Red River to the south. It houses 360 students and is a first year residence.

Arthur V. Mauro Residence is an upper year residence, for students that have completed at least one year of study. Students 27 years of age and older may apply to live on the sixth floor only.
