The University of Winnipeg (UWinnipeg, UW) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, is a public research university. UWinnipeg's founding colleges were Wesley College and Manitoba College, which merged in 1938 to form United College. In 1967 The University of Winnipeg was established as United College post receiving its charter. University offers undergraduate faculties of business and economics, art, science, kinesiology, applied health, and graduate programs. UWinnipeg offers undergraduate students an all-around academic experience that gives them a distinct competitive advantage because of the tremendous opportunities to engage in research and scholarship alongside internationally renowned. They have approx 7190 full-time student enrollment & 2130 part-time undergraduates.
