The main campus of the public land-grant research institution known as the University of Rhode Island (URI) may be found in Kingston, Rhode Island, in the United States. It is the premier public research university in the state of Rhode Island and also serves as the land-grant institution for the state. The village of Kingston, in the southern part of Rhode Island, is home to the institution's primary campus. The Feinstein Campus is located in Downtown Providence, the Rhode Island Nursing Education Center is located in Providence's Jewelry District, the Narragansett Bay Campus is located in Narragansett, and the W. Alton Jones Campus is located in West Greenwich. There are also several satellite campuses.
