Edinburgh is Scotland's capital and a world heritage site. It is considered one of Europe's greenest and most architecturally beautiful cities. 'The Athens of the North is the nickname due to its reputation and beauty for science since the 18th Century. Edinburgh has been voted consistently to be the 'Favourite UK City' by Observer since 2001, supported by  Guardian readers and Conde Naste (2010 Award Winner for Best City). The University of Edinburgh Business School (abbreviated as UEBS; formerly known as the University of Edinburgh Management School). Since 1918, the University has offered business courses, and since 1980, the MBA program. The University of Edinburgh was granted a royal charter in 1582 and is affiliated with the business school. The University of Edinburgh Business School entitled triple accreditation - The EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), AACSB & The Association of MBAs (AMBA). The University has to Cherish a long tradition of research and teaching, opening the path to our first cohort of students since its foundation. The School offers postgraduate, undergraduate, and executive education programs in management and business, providing a platform for research, discussion, and debate on various issues in business - Programs 19 MBA/EMBA, 14 Masters & 19 Undergraduates.
