ABOUT

Plymouth State University was founded in 1871 as Plymouth Normal School. Plymouth Normal School received an A from the American Council of Teacher Colleges in 1927. This college's first graduate degrees were given in 1948. The state renamed this university in 2003. The university provides undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programmes. 52 undergraduate courses and 70 minors are available. New England Commission of Higher Education accredits it. Plymouth State University's campus is safe, scenic, and full of student-friendly amenities.
