HUSSON UNIVERSITY

Husson Institution, located in Bangor, Maine, is a private university. It offers undergraduate and graduate degrees and had 3,476 students enrolled as of Fall 2020, including 799 graduate students enrolled in master's and PhD programmes. Husson Institution is the sole private university in the Bangor area, with the other two universities being the University of Maine at Augusta and the University of Maine. Husson also has a number of online programmes to choose from. Previously, the institution had satellite campuses all around the state. Northern Maine Community College, the last of these campuses, closed in 2021. Husson's online programmes were used to transition students.
