POST UNIVERSITY

Post University was founded in 1890 as Post College, a private university in Waterbury, Connecticut. In its initial days, from 1990 to 2004, it was named Teikyo Post University, affiliated with Teikyo University in Tokyo, Japan. The university students participate exclusively online from over 25 undergraduate and graduate and undergraduate programs in evening or day - online courses. Danbury, Meriden, and Wallingford are its satellite centers. Post University is accredited by the (NECHE) New England Commission of Higher Education. The Accreditation Council programmatically accredits selected programs within the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Post University spans a 58-acre (23.5 ha) campus near Interstate 84 (Yankee Expressway) in Waterbury, Connecticut.
