1. London Metropolitan University is part of the European University Association, Universities UK, the Association of Commonwealth Universities, and the International Association of Aviation Personnel Schools. The University of North London and the London Guildhall University joined together to make the university. It built a science centre in 2006. 2. The school used to be called London Guildhall University. In 1992, it got the status of a university. As the number of students at the university grew over the years, it decided to spread out. 3. The university campus has six schools: the School of Business & Law, the School of Human Sciences, the School of Computing & Digital Media, the School of Social Professions, the School of Social Sciences, and the School of Art, Architecture, & Design.
