MANUKAU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Manukau Institute of Technical (MIT), a sizable Category One technology institute in Auckland, New Zealand, was founded in 1970. According to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, Category One is the highest possible educational ranking (NZQA). Over 14,000 students are enrolled at MIT, one of New Zealand's leading providers of technical, vocational, and professional education. Along with the other 15 Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics, Manukau Institute of Technology was absorbed into the New Zealand Institute of Skills & Technology on April 1, 2020. (ITPs).
