1. Liverpool John Moores University, also known as LJMU, is an open research university. In 1992, it became Liverpool John Moores University after receiving university status. Notably, the institution is a member of the Northern Consortium, University Alliance, and European University Association. 2. The university is in Liverpool, England, and it has three campuses: the City Campus, the I M Marsh Campus, and the Mount Pleasant Campus. Some of the most important buildings and departments are in the city campus. The Faculty of Law and Business are located on the Mount Pleasant Campus. The Community, Education, and Leisure faculty are at the I.M. Marsh Campus, which is in Aigburth. All three campuses have modern buildings and equipment.
