ABOUT TEXAS WOMAN'S UNIVERSITY
Texas Woman's University (TWU), a public institution of higher learning with a coed population and two campuses in Dallas and Houston with a focus on health sciences, is a member of the Texas Woman's University System. The largest state-supported institution in the US that caters largely to women, TWU has been entirely co-ed since 1994. The Texas Woman's University System became the sixth university system in the State of Texas after Governor Greg Abbott approved a measure in May 2021. In 60 fields of study, it provides undergraduate and graduate degree programs through six colleges.
