NEET-UG Scam Exposed: 20 Aspirants Given Question Papers and Answers Day Before Exam
A top official revealed that around 20 aspirants were provided with question papers and answers for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET)-UG a day before the May 5 exam. The incident occurred after 13 people, including four examinees and their parents, were arrested. Candidates from various Bihar locations were brought to a rented accommodation in Patna, where they were provided with the question papers. During interrogation, the accused revealed that Sikander Yadavendu had rented two-three rooms at a two-storey house in Ramkrishna Nagar, near Patna bypass. He brought over 20 medical aspirants there on May 4 in two cars, which were later seized. Yadavendu and his driver Bittu Kumar were arrested in Shastri Nagar police station area, and the aspirants and their parents were held after the exam.
