Manipur Board 12th Result 2024 was declared on May 13, 2024. The overall pass percentage was 97.63%, which is the highest in the history of the Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM.) The results were broken down by stream, with Science having the highest pass percentage at 98.91%, Arts at 94.35%, Commerce at 93.51%, and Girls outperforming Boys in both Government and Non-Government schools. The highest pass percentage was achieved in Thoubal district with 99.58%, while Ukhrul had the lowest pass percentage at 85.95%. The pass percentage of Non-Government schools was slightly higher at 98.18%, compared to the government schools' total of 95.49%. Moreover, According to the news reports, girls score higher than boys in government and private schools. This confirms the positive trend of reducing the gender inequality in education in Manipur.
