Through their shared partnership the University of Exeter and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) aim to transform Indian sports through a pioneering initiative. The partnership uniting these institutions aims to unite their professional abilities in athlete training and healthcare together with biomechanics research to build sports-related industry collaboration and academic development initiatives. 

The joint effort between these institutions will exchange knowledge about biomedical engineering together with healthcare and sports nutrition science to accomplish elite performance along with injury prevention in line with India's ambition for worldwide sporting success.
