V.V. Giri Global Excellence Scholarship
V.V. Giri Global Excellence Scholarships are given out by University College Dublin (UCD) to international students. The grant is available for both undergraduate and graduate degrees at UCD. The reward encourages students to apply for their selected degree as soon as possible.
- The V.V. Giri Global Scholarship is a tuition-free scholarship program.

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for the V.V. Giri Global Excellence Scholarship:
- For tuition fee and application purposes, you are classified as an international student (non-EU).
- Must be a self-supporting student.
- Must be a citizen of an eligible nation
- I applied to a full-time graduate or undergraduate program at UCD.
- Arts and Humanities College
- College of Business Administration
- Engineering and Architecture College
- College of Social Sciences and Law College of Health and Agricultural Sciences
- IELTS or TOEFL scores are required as proof of English language proficiency.
- A conditional or unconditional offer of admission to the university was obtained.

#Application Process
The application for the V.V. Giri Global Excellence Scholarship must be filed online using the University of California, Davis' online application system. It is required for applicants to accept their offer of admission to University College Dublin before applying to the program.
Applicants must take the following actions after accepting the offer and verifying their eligibility:
Step 1: Enter your unique user ID and password to access the application.
Step 2: Select Scholarship Applications from the Applications menu page.
Step 3: Go to the V.V. Giri Global Excellence Scholarship section.
Step IV: Complete the form by answering the general questions.
Only this method of application will be accepted for the scholarship. Whether you are a UG or PG student, you must follow the processes outlined above. The V.V. Giri Global Scholarship application dates for UG and PG applicants, however, differ:
Candidates who have received offers from more than one school must identify which program they wish to apply for the scholarship.
Selection Process
The V.V. Giri Global Excellence Scholarship Application will be evaluated by the UCD scholarship selection committee. The scholarship decision is mostly based on the candidates' academic merit.

The V.V. Giri Global Excellence Scholarship recipients will be contacted in 2 to 4 weeks. Scholarship offers must be accepted within the timeframe specified in the letter/email. If you do not do so, you will be considered to have declined the scholarship.
Note that all decisions made by them are final and cannot be appealed under any circumstances.
