What is the minimum score requirement to clear the SAT?
The minimum score to clear the SAT examination is 400. 200 in Language and Mathematics each. However, if no question is attempted, or all attempted questions are answered incorrectly, the lowest limit can be 0. As the SAT has no negative marking, the score cannot get lower than 0. Also, the SAT does not have a solid reference point for the minimum score, though the maximum possible score is 1600. Eg, a score of 900 is assumed to be in a lower quarter range. Whereas a score of 1200 is assumed to be in the upper quarter range.
