Admission to Technical University Dublin opens twice a year during the fall and spring semesters. In addition to meeting the entry requirements for the programs, International students must submit supporting documents such as reference letters, personal statements, and ELP scores such as IELTS, and TOEFL. Those who are planning to apply to the university must be prepared to spend 20 to 30 lakhs annually on tuition fees and living expenses.

When it comes to university ranking, the Technological University Dublin has been ranked between 801 and 1000 in 2021 by QS World University Ranking. this is a huge slide in the ranking position from its earlier rank of 751 to 800 for two years in a row, 2019-2020 by QS. QS ranking providers put maximum focus on Academic Reputation (40%) followed by Faculty/Student Ratio and Citations per Faculty at 20% each as part of their ranking methodology.
