3. User Definition

The term “Client” or “User” includes:

  • Students using our services directly
  • Parents or guardians representing minor applicants
  • Educational institutions or agents acting on behalf of students
  • Franchisees, affiliates, or associates using the gdx.in platform

4. Binding Nature of Agreement

By:

  • Registering an account
  • Accessing content
  • Using any service listed on gdx.in

5. User Responsibilities

7. Registration & Account Management

To access premium tools like profile evaluation, SOP builders, and resource downloads, registration is required. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Suspicious or unauthorized access may lead to immediate termination of your account.

8. Advisory Services

We provide guidance and assistance based on the academic and financial profile submitted by users. However:

  • GDECPL is not a legal firm or government agency
  • Our suggestions are not to be treated as legal or immigration advice
  • Admission and visa decisions rest solely with universities and embassies

We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, or financial aid.

9. Visa Support & Limitations

Our visa assistance services are optional, non-binding, and advisory in nature. GDECPL and its partners:

  • Do not issue or influence visa decisions
  • Are not responsible for visa denials or embassy outcomes

Students are encouraged to review the respective country’s immigration guidelines.

10. Misrepresentation & Fraud

Any attempt to:

  • Use fake documents
  • Provide false academic or financial data
  • Commit visa fraud

…will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action as per Indian and international laws.

11. Use of Content & Copyright

You agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce content from gdx.in without permission
  • Misrepresent ownership of Grad-Dreams materials
  • Host or share unauthorized versions of our documents or tools

12. Privacy & Data Usage

All personal data submitted is handled under our [Privacy Policy]. By using gdx.in, you grant us consent to:

13. Payments, Refunds & Financial Policy

  • All services are payable in 100% advance and are non-refundable
  • Refunds, if any, are granted only at our discretion, and no more than 50% after evaluation
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Any misuse, impersonation, or breach of these terms results in automatic forfeiture of payments made

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • GDECPL is a company registered in India
  • All legal matters fall under jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra
  • Use of gdx.in implies agreement to Indian laws and courts of Thane for all disputes

15. Scholarship & Financial Aid Disclosure

We do not guarantee financial awards, grants, or scholarships. Our counseling includes:

  • Guidance on scholarship applications
  • Information on assistantships, fellowships, and university-based support

But we are not involved in decisions or influenced processes.

We never charge any percentage commission or additional fee based on scholarships received by a student.

16. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations
  • Deny access to services for misuse, misconduct, or non-compliance
